PilateSisters reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor for all classes without prior notice.
PilateSisters does not offer refunds or exchanges on any service or retail item that is purchased.
PilateSisters classes require clothes that are flexible and comfortable to allow for a wide range of movement. It is important to wear clothing that is not too tight or restrictive, as this can hinder your ability to perform the exercises effectively.
At our Pilates studio, the health and safety of our clients is our top priority. Therefore, we have a strict policy in place regarding the sharing of medical information with our instructors. We understand the importance of knowing our clients' medical history in order to tailor our sessions to their individual needs and to ensure their safety during exercises. However, we respect the privacy of our clients and require that any medical information be shared directly with the instructor in a private and confidential manner.
